恒温恒湿试验箱操作技巧

现在的设备可真是越来越智能化，客户做试验时只放置样品，打开开关就OK了，一切由试验设备自动完成，比如航空、汽车、家电、科研等领域*的检测设备【恒温恒湿试验箱】及时如此。
在做实验前必须注意的是要确认下样品是否是易燃易爆，有腐蚀性，对恒温恒湿试验箱设备和操作人员会不会造成安全隐患。
首先我们了解一下恒温恒湿箱的操作步骤：
1.先打开开关总闸，调到ON状态。
2.如果是做湿度实验，要查看水箱，水位是否足够，否则加水；如果只做高温实验，记得将湿球纱布取出。
3.打开仪器面板电源开关（绿色POWER）。
4.手按触摸屏，调节程式或设置温湿度参数，按ENT结束输入。
5. 放置样品。此时一定注意箱体容积，不可过密放过多样品，样品盒箱体之间必须像个10毫米左右；之前有客户反应在做高温实验时，由于在箱体放的样品过多，以致阻挡了气流，后仪器冒烟，散发难闻的焦味，差点引起火灾。
6.实验过程中，除非必要，不允许打开箱门，以免造成不测，可以按面板LPS按钮，点亮照明灯，观看箱体内样品。
7.当测试设备需要做高温操作实验，可以通过箱体侧孔外接电源供电。
8.当测试完成后，关闭仪器电源和开关总闸，高温实验时，需等温度冷却到安全范围内，才能开箱门取出样品。
